Description:

Providence Place of Pottsville is seeking a dynamic Business Office Manager. This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director and other department heads; organizes and maintains resident and co-worker files; tracks resident charges and performs billing/collection functions; performs all onboarding and payroll functions; maintains a professional business office to facilitate smooth operation of the facility. Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience with computer software including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Yardi and/or ADP a plus.
