Description:

OFFICE & HR MANAGER

We are currently seeking support for our Berlin office in the field of Office/HR Management (part-time (20-30h))
As an Office & HR Manager, you will be the heart of the office, responsible for office organization, and the first point of contact for our management team, employees, subtenants, and external service providers. This duty entails committing a considerable part of your working hours to being physically present in the office (3-4 days/week).

Responsibilities:

  • Staffing the reception desk and receiving mail
  • Email and telephone correspondence
  • Processing incoming mail and invoices
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Travel organization
  • Management of business-related documents
  • Management and ordering of office supplies, employee needs, and office equipment
  • Handling rental matters with the property management/caretaker
  • Event organization (company events, both internal and external, team events)
  • Support with personnel-related administrative tasks: maintenance of our personnel management system, assistance in the preparation and post-processing of monthly payroll in cooperation with our payroll office, support in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
