OVERALL DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an administrative assistant who can perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and project management tasks to support a high-performing Director team and multi-million-dollar Chick-fil-A restaurant. At Chick-fil-A, we pride ourselves on being a team that is passionate about serving others and would expect candidates to care passionately about serving their team. We are looking for someone with administrative experience who can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, maintain an organized office and implement procedures for efficiency. We want someone who is a confident problem solver and is able to build solutions that enable positive business performance. Additionally, we are looking for a team-player who has a positive attitude and will contribute to a positive leadership team dynamic. Once hired, this role will have a defined growth path that will lead to supporting two Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Denver area.

  • Has ownership of restaurant email and general communication
  • Owns note taking during leadership meetings
  • Distributes team memos and general communication
  • Communicates with Chick-fil-A, Inc. Support Staff on restaurant’s behalf
  • Director Team Support
  • Takes initiative to complete tasks for Directors as needed
  • Organizes meeting notes and action items
  • HR Payroll
  • Prints payroll checks every other Thursday
  • Updates payroll for employees as needed
  • Organization
  • Maintains a high level of organization
  • Is able to help organize the restaurant
  • Helps keep the leadership calendar current and organized
  • Customer Service
  • Handles customer complaints through Chick-fil-A applications
  • Makes sure that customers feel cared for and heard
  • Responsible for all invoices
  • Checks restaurant mail weekly
  • Cutting supplier checks bi-monthly
  • Tracks budget for uniforms and ordering
  • Completes end of month finances
  • Interviewing & Onboarding (Short-Term or Long-Term Projects)
  • Is responsible for initial communication with potential candidates and scheduling of first interview
  • Manages the onboarding process from first communication to first day of work
  • Is teachable and able to learn how to use and manage Chick-fil-A applications, including Decisely and Workstream
  • Team Orders & Office Supplies
  • Runs errands and purchases necessary items for the restaurant as needed
  • Completes weekly warehouse orders for restaurant tools and miscellaneous items
  • Receives will call orders from distribution center as needed
  • Compliance
  • Reviews all team member files quarterly
  • Ensures proper documentation of disciplinary process
  • Organizes all documentation
  • Schedule
  • On the floor 10-15 hours a week
  • Office time 25-30 hours a week
