Responsibilities:

REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER THIS POSITION WILL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES FOR ASSISTING WITH SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Managing our dynamic Whyalla Office
  • Clerical Support to the Regional GM, Ops Manager and IT Manager
  • Handling customer complaints or enquiries
  • Weekly and Monthly Reports
  • General Admin Duties

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Proficient in the use of MYOB
  • Either 2 years experience in a similar role or a Cert IV in Frontline Management
  • Professional, punctual, helpful and reliable
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • Excellent personal communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Natural ability to lead and provide leadership
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure
