We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative function.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized office space, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, time-off requests, and HR operations.
  • Support finance-related tasks, including expense reports and invoice filing.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations and cost-effective solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events.
  • Undertake miscellaneous duties as assigned by the VP of APAC Operations.
