We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative function.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized office space, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Manage employee records, attendance, time-off requests, and HR operations.
- Support finance-related tasks, including expense reports and invoice filing.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations and cost-effective solutions.
- Plan and coordinate employee events.
- Undertake miscellaneous duties as assigned by the VP of APAC Operations.
