Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

MPB is hiring for an Office Manager to maintain and continue developing our Berlin office. Based in Bülowstraße, you will play a key role in maintaining our positive atmosphere and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Alongside the day to day responsibilities you’ll be involved in the ongoing development of the office space as we continue to grow and develop.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY TO DAY

  • Provide a feel-good atmosphere and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, including repairs, cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Serving as a point of contact between employees, management, and external stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication within the office.
  • Conduct health and safety tasks and risk assessments.
  • Ensure that we have enough trained first aiders and that fire risk assessments are up to date.
  • Organising inclusive company events.
  • Ordering and restocking office supplies (stationary, sundries, fruit deliveries, coffee, milk and refreshments)
