To work in close collaboration with two directors, an accountant and the paralegal officer, our client is looking for an Office Manager / Corporate Administrator assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Traditional secretarial work (writing letters, organizing meetings, photocopying, archiving, calendar management, taking calls, organization of trips)
  • Support in Corporate Paralegal Governance
  • Support in KYC Compliance
  • Creation of folders, printing and filing of emails in folders
  • Updating customer contact lists in Outlook
  • Office Management
  • Board Corporate and administrative Management
  • Recording of time, disbursements and expense reports
