To work in close collaboration with two directors, an accountant and the paralegal officer, our client is looking for an Office Manager / Corporate Administrator assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Traditional secretarial work (writing letters, organizing meetings, photocopying, archiving, calendar management, taking calls, organization of trips)
- Support in Corporate Paralegal Governance
- Support in KYC Compliance
- Creation of folders, printing and filing of emails in folders
- Updating customer contact lists in Outlook
- Office Management
- Board Corporate and administrative Management
- Recording of time, disbursements and expense reports
