About The Role
We are now looking for a new Office Manager for our office in Skøyen. In this position, you will also act as Executive Coordinator, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the management at Hansen. You will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about success and creating good customer experiences.
About You

- You have good verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English

It is an advantage, but not essential, if you have one or more of the following qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s degree, for example in Economics and Administration, Data and Technology or HR and Management.
- You may have a few years’ experience, but we believe that the position is just as suitable for a recent graduate
- You learn most IT systems quickly and you already know a lot about the Microsoft Office suite
Key Responsibilities
As Office Manager, you will, among other things, have these tasks:
- Manage various office activities in Oslo and across our four locations in Norway and our office in Östersund.
- Take care of everyday routines at the office in Oslo
- Point of contact for landlords and contractors
- Administration of our business travel portal
- Coordinate various events for colleagues and customers
- Invoice handling and key point of contact for various supplier agreements
- Follow up our HSE efforts in the physical working environment together with HR
- Take part in the onboarding of new employees
As Executive Coordinator, you will support the organization with, among other things:
- Support to the General Manager and the company’s management team
- Coordinating activities across the organisation, and contributing to operational activities
- Reporting and support to the finance function
