POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator who is fluent in Mandarin or Chinese to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and supporting various administrative tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to contribute to the success of this online trading business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in the online trading industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with office logistics such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Assist with human resources tasks including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding new employees, and organizing company events.
  • Assist with translation and interpretation tasks between English and Mandarin/Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
