POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator who is fluent in Mandarin or Chinese to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and supporting various administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese (written and verbal) is essential.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the online trading industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with office logistics such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Assist with human resources tasks including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding new employees, and organizing company events.
- Assist with translation and interpretation tasks between English and Mandarin/Chinese, both written and verbal.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
