About the role:
We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Greet and check in visitors and vendors as required, directing them to the appropriate person as needed.
  • Troubleshoot any office issues and escalate to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Develop and manage relationships with catering sites for company lunches and events.
  • Ensure office and operations security by maintaining office keys.
  • Provide human resources support and miscellaneous administrative project support as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Filing and organizing records, and other important company documentation.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
  • Company Event planning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver
  • Flexible, confident, and driven toward results
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work 3-5 days on-site in Rockland, MA
