We are looking to hire a part-time Office Manager to assist with the general running of the office for 3 days a week, with 2 days in our Dublin office and 1 day remotely working if preferred.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with the building management team, ensuring the office is maintained and services are provided
Managing essential office services and facilities, liaising with contractors for maintenance and general office upkeep
Ensuring the office is fully stocked with stationery, groceries and snacks
Ensuring the office meets necessary health and safety requirements, arranging fire marshal and fire aider training, as well as scheduling required annual and bi-annual inspections. Working alongside the EMEA office manager
Champion office culture, arranging office socials, annual team-building events and managing the annual culture budget
Assist HR and IT in the onboarding process, of distributing equipment, merchandise and creating access passes
When required, liaise and assist global facilities manager with soft and hard facilities projects
Assist the Dublin team scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging catering when required
Meeting and welcoming visitors to the office
Requirements:
Prior experience in managing an office space, especially in an agile, fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills
Health and Safety experience is preferred but not essential.
Available to work on-site for a minimum of 2 days a wee
