This role is taking the Haslingden by storm – roles like this in this exact location just don’t come about so I’m super excited to be supporting a fantastic company on this hire.
The current Managing Director is operating in all areas including Office Management & HR responsibilities and therefore she is looking for somebody to come in and take some strains away from her so she can focus on the running of the company.
She’s looking for a right hand person, they’re a small, family business so the role is “roll your sleeves up and get stuck in” with exposure to all areas including HR and Training and Development, Office Management, Line Management to the Administrators and support to the MD.
Incredible position to really embed into a company, understand each part and be a decision maker as the company embark on their next phase of growth.
They’re looking for a super versatile office manager that has covered all aspects, someone down to earth, not a stern type, someone who is a real people person that works in collaboration with the team and is happy to help out where needed.
As a small business, they have really created a culture that is down to earth, everyone has a laugh, enjoys going to work and zero hierarchy. All staff members are long standing, some have even been with them from the start.
