POSITION OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and running of the office, ensuring an efficient and effective working environment, ordering team lunches, preparing for meetings, ensuring we’re compliant - all the things a good Office Manager will do - but you’ll know all this anyway!
What sets you apart is being the most organised person you know, with fantastic people skills and the ability to support our people and workspaces as we grow.
This is an office based role in Farringdon, and is offered on part time (3 or 4 days per week) basis.
Working pattern: This is a part time position - 3 or 4 days per week.
Location: This is an office based position in Farringdon, London.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage office supplies - stock and place orders as necessary
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Coordinate and order team lunches
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies
  • Manage office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
