Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager to take on a leadership role within our real estate brokerage team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing various administrative functions, creating a positive work environment while fostering positive relationships with employees, vendors, and stakeholders. Reporting to the General Manager/Broker of Record, your responsibilities will encompass managing the front desk team, office operations, facility management, HR functions, vendor management, event coordination and beyond.
