Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager for our client based in Etobicoke. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. This role will also support senior leadership with booking travel and calendar management.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained
  • Manage office inventory, mail delivery and courier packages.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Greet clients and customers via telephone and in person
