Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager for our client based in Etobicoke. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. This role will also support senior leadership with booking travel and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained
- Manage office inventory, mail delivery and courier packages.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Greet clients and customers via telephone and in person
