Our work is conducted at the request of First Nations, federal and provincial government agencies and ministries, private sector corporations, and private landowners. We have a proven track record of excellence and innovation in our field and are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.
We are seeking a strategic, highly flexible, and organized Admin professional to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Victoria Office. This role requires working onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance of office services
  • Supervision of employees
  • Manage centralized corporate communication.
  • Perform timekeeping – payroll related activities.
  • Manage Technology solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint master, Terra intranet)
  • Operations team support
  • Office supplies management
  • Perform office site audit (office & staff house equipment and needs etc.)
  • Manage procurement and deployment of Employee work tools.
  • Work with HR Manager in the execution of Company-wide initiatives.
