Description & Requirements
Perform functions to support assigned office, serving as information source for company policies and procedures.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Assisting in planning and coordinating office-wide processes such as facilities maintenance, space planning, movements, equipment installations, and other events or projects.
  • Keep track of office supplies, break room supplies, etc. Ensure adequate inventories and restock as needed.
  • Implementation of health and safety at work rules, security protocols, monitoring of the fulfillment of mandatory trainings Health and Safety, First aid, Fire safety and Safety at remote work, implementation of ID badge system.
  • Provide reception services and back-up administrative support as assigned.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of meeting rooms, offices and common areas – everyday check-ups, ordering repairs and daily service, work with system for premises issues, regular inspection days with a manager of our cleaning service.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including department/regional reporting and tracking, event coordination, filing/record maintenance, periodic research for projects
  • Working in the ticketing system environment

Required skills:

  • Ability to interface professionally with visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Czech.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds/ 9 kilograms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working for multi-national company.
  • Previous experience in office management, secretary function, executive assistance role, or similar area.
