    We are looking for an organised Client Services Coordinator who is a natural administrative professional and passionate about people and communication.

In this exciting & unique, fast paced role, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up and arranging meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the reception and lobby is presentable & tidy
  • Preparing and serving tea & coffee (full training provided)
  • Coordinating & attending monthly events
  • Assisting with video call and conference call set up
  • Assisting in any adhoc duties & projects as required
  • General administrative duties

This is an incredible dual role that will provide you with a chance to work closely with the National support team, as well as possessing a hospitality element!

Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience in a front of house / professional services environment, will be a natural born communicator and possess a passion for all things admin and support.
