REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Team Player: A proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with our diverse team.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As our Office Supervisor, you will be crucial in managing the daily administrative operations and supporting our recruitment efforts in collaboration with the technical leadership.
We have a dedicated working space in CABA Palermo district (close to Plaza Italia). We offer a hybrid work model where you’ll spend 2-3 days a week in the office and work remotely for the rest of the days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Recruitment Support: Work closely with technical leadership to identify staffing needs, post job ads, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • HR Coordination: Handle onboarding processes for new hires, maintain employee records, and manage office policies.
  • Office Supplies & Budget: Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate purchases, and oversee office budget.
  • Event Planning: Organize team-building activities, company events, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
