Description:

SALARY RANGE $46,000-$50,000

We are looking for a dedicated customer-focused Administration Assistant to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Claims Support Office Assistant is an integral part of our operations providing support through various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Support various departments.
  • Assist with appointment setting.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Work with the Claims Department to obtain claim information for customers.
  • Update contract worksheets.
  • Assist with the mortgage check process for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Insurance claim experience is a plus.
  • Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Outstanding customer service experience over the phone.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail with meticulous accuracy in identifying errors.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
  • Strong MS Excel and ad hoc reporting experience.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
