JOB DESCRIPTION

Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an experienced Office Technology Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office, near Liverpool St. Our client, who specialise in Corporate, Litigation and Intellectual Property, are looking for someone to become a key member of there is team.

The key duties of the Office Technology Specialist include:

  • Use of a ticketing system to track customer reports.
  • Provide support for walk up queries.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance, including computer setup and breakdown, office moves and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare equipment, following defined firm processes.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops and other equipment.
  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as printers, scanners and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of both hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues.
