Office Trainee in FeMD
As an Office Trainee, you will be organizationally anchored in our HR department, but this position allows you to try various administrative tasks and processes within areas such as Reception, Executive Office, and Finance. The office trainee program lasts for 2 years and combines practical training with school.
You will have the opportunity to influence your tasks and your daily routine, and we will ensure that your education plan is continuously aligned with your development. In addition to the professional part of the job, we offer a good canteen, Friday bar, employee club, pension scheme and health insurance. Your role
In the morning, you will
- Primarily take place in our reception area, where your tasks will include receiving guests, telephone service, and maintain office supplies inventory
The rest of the day, you will experience great variation in your tasks by
- Providing administrative support to our HR Business Partners, HR Consultant and Coordinator, CEO Assistant, and Finance department
- Creating presentations and materials
- Supporting processes for onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Responding to and handling tasks in our shared HR inbox
- Assisting in coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Supporting the optimization of processes and digitalization
- Posting, bookkeeping, and invoicing
- Performing ad hoc tasks as requested
Requirements
You must be eligible for an office trainee position. You have completed an HHX – in which case, the 5-week EUS basic course is not required. Alternatively, you should have a HF, STX, EUX or HTX, supplemented with a 5-week EUS basic course.
