Responsibilities:

  • Deployment and Configuration: Implementing and configuring Office 365 services to meet the organization’s requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 and Windows environment (Hybrid). Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups, to ensure system reliability and security.
  • User Support: Providing technical support and guidance to end-users on Office 365 applications and features. Troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and conducting training sessions as needed.
  • Security and Compliance: Implementing security best practices and compliance policies to safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance within the Office 365 environment. Monitoring for security threats and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring the performance and usage of Office 365 services, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvements. Implementing enhancements to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining documentation of configurations, procedures, and policies related to Office 365 administration. Generating reports on system performance, usage metrics, and compliance status.
