    As an Officer Administration, your core responsibility will be to enter, categorize and allocate safety, health and security incident reports submitted into the Qantas Group’s Safety System (Intelex) with a high level of accuracy and in accordance with service delivery standards. Additionally, you will perform routine and ad-hoc data quality assurance activities and provide support in the use of the system to our safety business partners. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone looking to kick start their career in data or technology.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in an administration, data entry role is highly preferable
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in establishing close working relationships with peers, business partners and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in the documentation of work plans and procedures desirable.
