Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Routine task handle daily. Candidate need to have at least Accounting/ Finance background or good in maths. Role in data entry and reporting.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid organizational skills and attentive to details (sensitive with number)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility
  • High computer literacy and able to adapt to system changes
  • Fast learner & Proactive in handling task

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Autorating & autocosting of DOM files
  • Supplier/vendor invoices validation & ensure ACR into CW1
  • Perform PnL analysis of every file billed
  • Administrative task for Domestic Billing Team
  • Assist to Check & clear ERP items on daily basis.
  • Ensure AR invs are transmitted via EDI or EDM to customers
  • Prepare customers report as per SOP if required
  • Any other task provided by immediate superior from time to time.
