Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Routine task handle daily. Candidate need to have at least Accounting/ Finance background or good in maths. Role in data entry and reporting.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Solid organizational skills and attentive to details (sensitive with number)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility
- High computer literacy and able to adapt to system changes
- Fast learner & Proactive in handling task
Responsibilities:
- Perform Autorating & autocosting of DOM files
- Supplier/vendor invoices validation & ensure ACR into CW1
- Perform PnL analysis of every file billed
- Administrative task for Domestic Billing Team
- Assist to Check & clear ERP items on daily basis.
- Ensure AR invs are transmitted via EDI or EDM to customers
- Prepare customers report as per SOP if required
- Any other task provided by immediate superior from time to time.
