Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Responsible for daily Operations activities to ensure that all works done accordingly and in full compliance with Company’s regulations, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), ICAO, local regulatory authorities, IATA and company’s standard Operating Procedures.
  • Sustain efficiency in daily overall operations performance to achieve and ensure company’s profit and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Aviation Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, with 2 years working experience in related field, SPM/SPMV/DVM/STPM with 1 years working experience in related field

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE

  • Good knowledge and experience in cargo warehouse operational handling.
  • Have an experience working with cargo agent and ground handling

Responsibilities:

  • To assist all aspects of warehouse operations and activities at Export, Import, delivery areas and front office management.
  • To coordinate with Terminal liaison, Ramp and Airside activities for the smooth handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • To monitor all inbound / outbound documents available for the flights before departure and upon arrival and checks if any discrepancy of master air waybill (MAWB) and flight manifest.
  • To assist warehouse checks on reported case of mishandling, pilferage, damage shipment and to procees with report and recovery action accordingly.
  • To ensure seamless and orderly delivery of cargo, verification of MAWB, completeness of Customs documentation, delivery order (DO) and clearance authority, e.g Bank Clearances etc. prior to release to the consignee.
  • To submit monthly / weekly report to Superior including monitoring and updating Sales Target and Performance, daily / monthly Statistic and Business Plan.
