We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Direct Sales Operations.
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process
- Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review
- Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group’s standards and control
- Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level qualifications, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a support role
- Proactive, energetic and meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform well under pressure
- Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel etc.)
- Keen eye for details and able to multi task
