We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Direct Sales Operations.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process
  • Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review
  • Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group’s standards and control
  • Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level qualifications, with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a support role
  • Proactive, energetic and meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform well under pressure
  • Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel etc.)
  • Keen eye for details and able to multi task

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
