Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Oversee, organize, and supervise all administrative tasks related to the efficient functioning and ongoing enhancement of both standard and specialized public transportation services.
Responsibilities include representing the administration in interactions with authorities and the public, as well as managing human resources alongside assistant directors, encompassing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Additionally, entailment involves the development and oversight of the administration’s budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience in overseeing public transportation operations or a relevant domain.
Strong aptitude in logical reasoning, analysis, and synthesis. P
Proficient writing capabilities.
Familiarity with standard office and information technology tools. Exceptional leadership qualities and adeptness in team management
