Responsibilities:
- Implements day-to-day tasks assigned for Salary Administration section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Supports the Salary Administration Team in ensuring current remuneration policies, procedures and practices are administered efficiently in order to meet both company and the employees’ needs effectively and economically.
- Supports the effective, efficient and timely maintenance and updates of HR Master data and ensure accurate administration of salary changes due to promotions and/or pay grade changes to contribute to the overall motivation of companies workforce.
- Supports the Salary Administration team in handling back-office processes and constantly works on the improvements of these processes while finding opportunities for cost-cutting in the non-value-added processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving and closing all issues/cases raised by Employee Care Centre within predefined SLAs
