Description:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Required to learn and hands on SATS systems like Mosaic ecosystem suite of products (ie. Groundstar Planning, Groundstar Workforceplus, Groundstar Realtime, PowerBI)
  • Possess analytical and engineering mindset with problem solving skills.
  • Resourceful, think out of the box, takes initiatives and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively across functional teams and at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Highly organized and possesses ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendor on scheduled maintenance and verify system after downtime
  • Manage vendor on any application error(s) immediately through vendor’s ticket system
  • Work with requestor (BU/department) on issue solving and/or customization changes and manage vendor on the changes when required
  • Conduct workshops, train the trainer training or refresher and business simulations with BU/department for onboarding(s) and/or operation process change(s)
  • Configure existing system (ie. Mosaic ecosystem etc) in UAT and PROD environment for approved onboarding(s) and/or operation process changes(s)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on base data collection, and developed used cases based on their requirements
  • Provide consultation services to the BU for process improvements
  • Drafting of documentations/SOPs on business/operation processes, mapping and translation to system config jointly with the BU to identify gaps for improvement
  • Drafting documentations/SOPs on user manuals and training materials
  • Support user experience tour to the Bus and understand department’s pain points and constraints and thereafter implement changes to improve ops usage of the system
  • Support new system implementation to BU where required
  • Trial on new innovative solution to incorporate into existing systems (ie. Mosaic ecosystem etc) for improvement
  • Create report formats and extract data for analysis purposes
