OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER

• Ensuring the safety and security of personnel and equipment on the rig
• Managing the operation and maintenance of the platform’s systems and equipment
• Coordinating and supervising the work of the rig’s personnel
• Managing the rig’s budget and ensuring that the platform remains cost-effective and efficient
• Managing the rig’s environmental impact and complying with all relevant regulations
• Maintaining and updating the facility’s emergency response plans and procedures
• Overseeing the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment onto the facility
• Communicating with stakeholders, such as the company’s management, regulatory agencies, and contractors
• Making decisions related to the operation and maintenance of the rig, such as determining repairs or maintenance schedules.
• Ensures good housekeeping and hygiene standards at the offshore facility
• Reviews work/site procedures, planned work activities, and schedules to ensure the safe execution of activities and minimize production interruption
• Participates in the development of the Platform Operations Procedures Manual
• Participates in the development of the facility’s ramp-up and startup procedure
• Manage the platform’s day-to-day operations, such as staff scheduling, coordination, and mechanical upkeep
