YOU HAVE (EXPERIENCE)

  • Extensive experience of talent sourcing, including at the executive level, gained in a leading search firm or in-house recruiting function, ideally within management consulting or professional services, including a proven track record of building quality talent pipelines and managing candidate processes and offer negotiations.
  • Highly experienced in managing senior stakeholders.
  • People management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Experience delivering excellence with Excel and Powerpoint.
