Essential skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Experience in first and second line support (L1 and L2) and in supporting banking products;
• AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills;
• Solid knowledge of SQL Queries and Olympic/Midas;
• Fluent English.
