Description:
SUMMARY
Location, Denmark, hybrid. The OCE Manager will focus on execution of customer engagements (focus on an outside in/peer to peer approach) through various digital channels, including webinars, Pod, email marketing, websites and social media. ű The role has a strong focus on operational excellence and healthcare system-centricity. The OCE-Manager ensures a seamless and personalized customer experience across channels that aligns with overall marketing strategies. Will work closely with the Brand Teams to operationalize customer engagement strategies, using modular content developed by and in collaboration with Marketing Managers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience from a regulated industry.
- Proficient Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Understand compliance rules.
- Digital savvy.
- Project management experience.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Working with vendors.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Completing customer tailored initiatives using the specific digital channels relevant to the healthcare system, including webinars, pod, email marketing, websites, chat and messaging, and social media.
- Identifying and deploying outside in based - peer to peer content for digital interactions that is engaging and tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- Using data and analytics to evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Personalizing digital engagements and aligning them with the customer’s journey and preferences.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure that digital engagements align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring all digital activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Support the development and management of modular re purpose-able content for digital channels, keeping it up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with customer engagement plans.
- Efficiently implement and optimize digital engagement initiatives.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to enhance interaction effectiveness.
