JOB DESCRIPTION

The Omnichannel Retail Experience Specialist will be responsible for bringing to life the revolutionized retail experience in the MENA region. Leveraging his/her expertise in digital innovation, retail innovation, and project management, the successful candidate will drive our omnichannel vision to execution.
It is expected that they work closely with and influence cross functional leadership, global enterprise and technology partners, cross functional stakeholders and external partners to drive success.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in marketing, activations and experience delivery in the automotive, consumer goods/retail and/or tech industries, with a focus on the Middle East.
  • Experience in retail activities in the Middle East and integration of online and offline customer experiences
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing omnichannel strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Experience in working at sizable multinational high-level companies with complex Corporate Governance and matrix environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and shaping the future of mobility
  • To be a collaborative team player, able to build up productive, mutually respectful interpersonal relationships internally and externally
  • Willingness to be bold and share unconventional ideas or take positions contrary to conventional wisdom; equally, openness to bold ideas from others
  • To be effective in building trust, respect, and collaboration amongst teams
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the roadmap for change, coordinating business and customer requirements and agency partners. Manage workstreams, cross functional partners, and agencies to deliver on time, budget and strategy.
  • Orchestrate all work with agencies, acting as their single point of contact
  • Strategize, plan and execute innovative retail strategies that enhance customer engagement, improve satisfaction and drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
  • Partner with sales, aftersales and marketing teams to optimize retail channels and drive performance.
