Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to-partner for business stakeholders in EMEA to define their omnichannel marketing strategy, which drives acquisition, retention and loyalty via paid/owned media (e.g., search, eMail marketing, social media, website, live events, in-field etc.) and other (non-communication) touchpoints
  • Ideate and design campaigns with business and other marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand the unique needs and preferences of different customer segments within the EMEA region. Develop targeted omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with these insights to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Deliver omnichannel campaigns on time, in budget and with continuous improvement mindset (develop learnings and best practices)
  • Design and improve the core customer journeys based on customer data working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and improve related core processes and mechanisms (e.g., lead management, cross-selling, etc.), and derive data and system requirements
  • Partner with analytics experts to understand campaign performance and optimizes future campaigns and ensure a positive marketing return on invest
  • Drive alignment and maintain relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for new omnichannel marketing activities by market and competitor analysis

Your qualification

  • Master’s degree (or comparable) in marketing, business administration, communications or related field
  • Min. 7 years of proven work experience in marketing or strategic consulting including several years in B2B, preferably healthcare industry
  • Several years of proven experience in omnichannel marketing and/or sales including in-depth experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital touchpoints (e.g., search advertising, e-mail marketing, social media, websites, webinars etc.)
  • Proven experience in cross-functional/lateral leadership
  • Confident and strong communicator who can advise and inspire both senior management and the wider team
  • Strong project management skills paired with a “getting-things-done” attitude
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics as well as marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot) and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to read, understand and generate insights from data related to campaign performance and outcomes
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to drive things forward with personal leadership and impact
  • Ability to thrive in a heavily matrixed organization
