Description:

VF International is looking for an exceptional Omnichannel Transformation Manager to join our Business Model Development & Omnichannel Transformation team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Let’s talk about the role!
The Omnichannel Transformation Manager is responsible for the commercial and financial evaluation of transformation opportunities coming from the business or internally within the team. She/he also supports the Director of Business Model Development and Omnichannel Activation in having a regular and consistent status of ongoing projects, including their risks & issues.
Business Transformation Opportunity Assessment (BTOA)
Gather ideas and opportunities through regular meetings with brand leadership, functional leadership, and omni ops leadership.
Provide preliminary indication of transformation applicability (i.e. process-org-tech validation).
Hold preliminary conversations within business to understand and define key initiative requirements and objectives, with the support of the channel manager (e.g. 2P, PSS, B&M, E-com, WHS).
Include more brands if not part of the initial idea in order to drive growth for the majority of VF brands.
Develop commercial and financial (PL, BS/CF where applicable) business cases for each initiative.
Drive analysis of key strategic initiatives and corporate projects.
Operate, maintain and develop financial models related to each initiative, rolling them up into a consolidated roadmap plan avoiding double-counting.
Gather and maintain a set of market benchmark useful to include as assumptions in financial models (e.g. return rates, Click-and-collect upselling %, E-com shipping fees, etc.)
Report findings to omni ops leadership and manage initiative acceptance/rejection. Communicate decision to business.
Develop a structured and transparent process for the steps above
Transformation Management Office (TMO)
Develop project plans for all ongoing initiatives in the Omni Ops transformation roadmap, with the support of the channel manager.
Gather information on the status of initiatives, the risks and issues, key decisions to be made, with the objective to tightly control timeline and budget of all initiatives.
Report back to Manager and Omni Ops leadership on current status of all initiatives.
Develop a TMO methodology to address typical VF transformation issues (e.g. execution speed, working in silos, lack of change management, budget control etc.).
Develop and maintain an organized repository to be accessed by our team with all key project materials/deliverables.
Skills for Success
Strong understanding of key business consequences of an idea and where it impacts on our financials (e.g. is an opportunity mostly cost saving, is it a growth opportunity, is it cash generation, etc.).
Strong MS Excel modelling skills.
Strong executive presence and communication style, in order to be able to hold productive conversations with SLT-level executives.
Ability to work fast and independently.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong passion for business transformation and pushing our results further based on strong analysis and business acumen.
