On-boarding Manager

at  European Dynamics

We currently have a vacancy for an On-boarding Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle and software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
• Good knowledge of the management of large-scale business workflow application testing projects;
• Good experience with quality procedures;
• Good experience with dissemination of information related to e-domains;
• Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools;
• Knowledge in using tools to build stakeholder maps as well as adoption dashboards and reports;
• Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint);
• Experience in using of Content Management Systems: Confluence, SharePoint
• Experience in the set-up and coordination of ICT editorial teams working on IT and business content, set-up and monitoring of editorial processes;
• Good understanding of business requirements vs. IT developments for the drafting of dissemination content;
• Good knowledge of the management of collaborative end user information technologies and experience in (or familiarity with) the IT domain would be considered as a plus;
• Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset.
