Description:

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The National Field Sales Planner (NFSP) reviews multiple sources of data to provide insights, reports and recommendations to the Head of Musketeers (HOFS), and the State Field teams. The role is primarily responsible for capacity planning to ensure we maximize the return from our investment in our internal field sales resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years relevant Field Sales experience.
  • Competent IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda on a daily basis and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • University Degree preferred but not essential (Business, Marketing or similar).
