Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Platform related technologies.
  • Proficiency in setting up common IT devices such as workstations, external screens, phones, printers, etc.
  • Familiarity with Zoom room devices setup and management.
  • Experience working with Zebra devices (PDA, Tablets, Printers, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of MS Active Directory for user management and permissions.
  • Prior experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.
  • Strong LAN connectivity knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of firewall configurations and security protocols.
  • Ability to work on-site 100% of the time, as remote working is not possible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a Pharma industry or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure various devices including Zebra PDA, Tablets, Label Printers, Barcode Scanners, Lenovo Workstations and Laptops, Ergotran with Screens, Large Screens, VR/AR Headsets, Phones, and Zoom room devices.
  • Ensure proper functionality and integration of devices within the business environment, specifically in the Pharma industry with a focus on Vaccines and GxP compliance.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues.
  • Work with MS Active Directory for user management and permissions.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to track and resolve device-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand and fulfill device setup requirements.
  • Provide on-site support and training for end-users as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to device setup procedures and configurations.
