On-Site People Resource Hub Specialist

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree·
• 2+ years of experience of working in a customer centric environment, customer mindset, help desk role or equivalent·
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent·
• Customer Centric and Solutions Orientated aptitude with demonstrable experience in providing solutions based on customer needs.·
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures·
• Experience in using Workday and ServiceNow desirable
• Strong excel skills

As a People Resources Hub On-site Specialist in TBS, you will be part of a team responsible for providing HR process, policy and program level support to the US region at one of our Global Manufacturing Supply locations. Reporting to the People Resources Hub Lead and US Operations Lead, it is our multi-channel engagement solution to provide all Takeda colleagues with a simple and intuitive point of contact for support and action. This is a critical component of our aspirational exceptional People experience. You will be reporting to the People Solutions Regional Lead.
