QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has:
- An academic degree within organization, business administration, strategic human resource, or similar relevant background.
- Experience in onboarding processes from large organization
- Stakeholder management skills including stakeholders on all organizational levels.
- Strong time-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Full proficiency in both English and Danish.
Moreover, we value that you have an analytical mindset, both in terms of data and processes, and a basic understanding of data structure and processing is a plus.
On a personal level, have a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks, which you solve in a systematic way and are dedicated, service-oriented and bring a positive mindset to work. Responsibilities:
- Design the new onboarding experience based on user feedback and strategic goals of FFEX.
- Run the onboarding experience with key stakeholders every month.
- Work with data to visualize and evaluate the onboarding experience.
- Work closely with analytics and digitalization to automate as many processes as possible.
- Coordinate onboarding experience for all new employees
