- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, industrial engineering and other appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- 1 – 2 Proven working experience in project management

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Onboarding projects of new clients
- Ensure that all onboarding projects of new clients are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of Go
- Live dates and timeframes.
- Ensure Onboarding Team’s availability and allocation for client meetings.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress to be shared with staff members and clients
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management analysis and propose potential mitigation plans to stake holders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation on process calibration agreements, guidelines, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Delegate project tasks to onboarding team resources as required.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals through defined KPIs such as slippage of Tasks and CSAT.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills in accordance with TMF principles and values. Perform other related duties as assigned.
