Description:
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Edmonton team. You will be an expert on Alinity™ and a play a lead role in training customers and providing advice to enable them to get the most out of the system. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training process and our products.
The ideal candidate will have a background working for a healthcare regulator and will demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills with a genuine passion for ensuring customer success.
