Description:
ONLINE EXPERIENCE MANAGER| HIGH WYCOMBE
We’re looking for a fabulous Online Experience Manager to join our Online Business team and play a key role in accelerate the digital performance of The Perfume Shop by leading technical roadmaps to improve the user experience and conversion on the website & app.
You’ll need to stay up to date with the latest digital trends and innovations, assessing their suitability for The Perfume Shop platforms and on-boarding relevant functionality that will keep our online experience fresh and engaging for our customer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop our onsite and in-app experience, championing a customer first approach to developing our digital platforms to support The Perfume Shop O+O strategy
- Responsible for overseeing the Online Business UX and Innovation team, encouraging your team to take a constant test & learn approach, utilising data and insights to identify opportunities for improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure the website and app is continually updated to meet the commercial needs of the business, whilst leading the UX and Innovation team to enhance the onsite & app experience for the customer.
- Manage the relationships of new and existing 3rd party providers. This includes price and contract negotiation, set up and testing, and ongoing optimisation plans for the capabilities provided.
- Be responsible for developing the digital technology roadmap, working in collaboration with the Systems teams to evolve the online experience and ensure smooth delivery of deployments
