Are you a dynamic and creative digital marketing enthusiast looking to make a significant impact in a purpose driven company? Join our team as a Digital Support Marketeer and play a key role in promoting our Ostomy and Continence Care brands across the Benelux region.
As a Digital Support Marketeer, you will work under the guidance of the Online Media Coordinator and collaborate closely with various departments in Belgium, the Netherlands and our Global Digital team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our online presence through owned media, SEO/SEA strategies, social media management and digital campaign deployment.

YOUR PROFILE:

Educational Background: Educated in digital marketing or equivalent through experience.
SEO/SEA Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO and SEA practices.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Adwords and Analytics, with the ability to provide insights on online performance.
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with excellent writing skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Creative and Goal-Oriented: Enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative, with a strong drive to achieve goals.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with any of the following is a plus, but you’ll have the opportunity to develop these skills on the job:
CMS platforms (WordPress)
Email marketing tools (Eloqua)
Social media management platforms
Adobe Photoshop
Basic HTML/CSS
Marketing automation tools
CRM software (Salesforce.com)
MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities:

SEO/SEA Optimization: Implement SEO techniques to broaden our organic reach and assist the corporate digital team in optimizing SEA campaigns.
Campaign Analysis: Analyze the success and ROI of digital campaigns to continually refine our strategies.
Local and Corporate Campaigns: Support the implementation of local and corporate campaigns in Belgium and the Netherlands according to the local marketing plan.
Social Media Management: Boost our social media presence by managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for Coloplast Benelux, co-managing the Facebook page and managing the YouTube channel.
Attend our major events to publish real-time updates on our social media accounts (might occasionally be during the weekend).
Develop guidelines and train teams to formulate appropriate responses to comments and requests.
Email Campaigns: Assist in creating and localizing automated email campaigns using Eloqua.
Website Content Management: Optimize and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and functionality. Participate in web-related projects, including the launch of new professional webpages.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Online Media Coordinator and the chronic care marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
