FULL TIME POSITION

New World Kaiapoi is seeking an energetic and motivated team leader to join our Online department in the role of Online Team Leader. Driving and shopping is what this position is all about!
The position is permanent full time and is responsible for picking, packing and delivering our online orders to our fabulous Waimakariri community.

WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Proven customer service skills, we want our customers to have an amazing experience with us each and every time. You will need to be super friendly, have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude is a must
• Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role (lifting required)
• Ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines – this is a fast-paced role and you will need to be quick on your feet
• Display efficiency, accuracy and initiative while contributing effectively as a team member
• Tech savvy, great computer skills
• Responsible for rostering and leading a small team of 3
• A full, clean New Zealand Class 1 Drivers License.
• Follow Health & Safety/Food Safety Guidelines
  Full time Tuesday to Saturday
  Tues to Thurs 6am starts, Fri and Sat 5am starts
