Description:
- Perform daily checks on the system and make sure it is up and running at least twice a day.
- Check and make sure that the servers are healthy (Storage, RAM and CPU)
- Provide first-level support on user inquiries/issues
- Provide on-site support with remote help from level 2 engineer.
- May be required ad-hoc after-office hour support if the system is down or supporting upcoming major events.
- Generate daily reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to doing daily routines and repeated tasks
- Have basic knowledge on window servers and basic troubleshooting skill.
- 5 day week at AMK AreaNeed to travel to site whenever required
