Description:
Caldecott 12 months Monday - Friday, office hours
- Liaise with agencies on matters pertaining to training their staff and reply to queries about the programme.
- Possess simple IT skills to Create electronic mailers.
- Provide Level 1 support for users of the IT system, including responding to users’ administration and technical queries.
- Support in administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating of data.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented.
- People-oriented.
- Able to process and structure large amounts of information.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
