Responsibilities:

  • Support in driving campaign delivery workflow, briefing tasks effectively to the Activation team, making sure goals are set & met, and resolving issues with autonomy - highlighting concerns with your Director
  • Continuously champion positive values that build strong connections, solution-oriented perspectives and genuinely care for collective team success
  • Be accountable for driving a culture that builds relationships on trust between OpenMind and Nexus
  • Proactively surface resource and workflow availability across Campaign Delivery teams
  • Support in the success of training requirements and certifications in alignment with the Campaign Delivery training program
  • Foster knowledge sharing, award entries and continuous learning around point of views, trends and relevant skills to continue nurturing a high-performing team
  • Support teams while adapting to fast changing priorities
  • Actively promote cross functional alignment across Activation, strategy, client and Marketplace teams
  • Host a regular, constructive performance evaluation meeting with direct reports in addition to setting clear KPIs and monitoring achievements
  • Process & Operations – 30% of your time
  • Serve as key point of contact on brief delivery responses and reporting requirements with OpenMind in developing tactical strategies/responses
  • Run the planning operations for paid search, in-platform ecommerce, paid social and programmatic. In addition considering the requirements for ad operations scope and measurement
  • Bring innovation and creativity to the table by managing the test agenda, collaborating with partners to harness their capability
  • Accountable for the end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
  • Drive the planning and development of all biddable media recommendations
  • Consult and articulate actionable insights and optimisation recommendations, in partnership with the Activation team
  • Act as the supporting point of contact between the Activation team and OpenMind when delivery or quality is compromised
  • Actively contribute in new business development and pitching when required
  • Ensuring there is service level agreement adherence in partnership with OpenMind x Nexus
  • Support in the delivery of biddable best practice planning principals
  • Client – 30% of your time
  • Own key relationships at the intermediate level, as it relates to campaign delivery
  • Ensuring that the vision and roadmap for encompassing digital operations, including technology partners, data management, effective measurement and reporting efficiencies are being brought to life
  • Identify new product opportunities that will enhance clients’ digital footprint and support on digital maturity
  • Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific expertise is required
  • Fostering an environment that truly respects and truly understands the need to adhere to service level agreements across OpenMind x Nexus
  • When required, a strict adherence to buying commitments that have contract association
  • Support the Performance Director – Campaign Delivery in the development of strong performance plans that meet client objectives and KPIs
  • Commercial – 20% of your time
  • Be responsible across all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements (including KPI delivery)
  • Responsible for the overall delivery of client investment, with flawless accuracy across all aspects
  • Identify commercial opportunities with the ability to make a compelling case for their inclusion
  • Maintain and comply with finance processes ensuring accuracy on a monthly basis
  • Adherence to GroupM policies and procedures
  • Supporting OpenMind Marketplace team in driving accurate inputs for the monthly forecasting and actuals across biddable channels, by client
  • Collaborating with the Performance Director – Campaign Delivery on investment decisions, audits, and forecasting
